Leazes Parade is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Newcastle University campus and much of the city centre. Rooms in this property are available in two, three, four, five and six bedroom flats, with communal lounge/kitchen areas and bathrooms.

It is a stylish modern facility that offers an excellent section of rooms in both the larger and smaller flat spaces. The larger flats in the halls of residence each incorporate two shower rooms and toilets.

In terms of budgeting for your expenses, it is useful to know that our rent is all-inclusive of utility bills – gas, electric and water – so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water.
