Room 1 (blue walls, 1st floor): shares the shower room with one PhD student.
Room 2 (green walls, top floor): shares a kitchenette and bathroom with one female professional.
Shared: TV/snug, dining room, kitchen & garden.
Bills: all included.
Transport/area: Buses 3,7,8,12,24, 31, 38, 37,47 more around the corner. We're 10-15 mins from central Edinburgh, Bristo Sq., Meadows. 5 mins to King's Buildings, short bus to Royal Infirmary.
The household: An international mix of post-grads and myself, a professional in the creative industry. Wild undergrad party days are over; we're all between 23 – 55, more likely to enjoy movie nights and eclectic house meals than wild raves and alcoholic binges. Indian Easter Lunch feast anybody? Cups up tea, cake-bakes, and a maybe a 15 min drive for a walk on Portobello beach is as exciting as it gets. That's just how we roll. If you think you'd suit, please do get in touch.
