- Oak House is the centre of socialising for all the accoms in the University of Manchester.It is a great place to stay if you are looking for great nights out, loads of opportunities to meet new friends and just a great social life in general. The general room is not as bad as it seems online, as it is undergroing moderate renovation over the summer holidays in 2024.
The accommodation is located right by the entrance of the fallowfield campus, with only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to campus within 15 minutes or so. The location is super convenient and if you love drinking and socialsiing, squirrels (student bar) is also just 3-5 blocks away from all Oak House blocks. Pre's and parties in oak house are known to be the BEST, it all comes down to yoru flatmates and how you spend you time here!
This hall is priced at 113pw, self catered with shared bathrooms next year. The flat consists of 8 flatmates split into 2 separate genders, 4 individuals of one gender share a floor and a toilet.
Total licence fee is around 4800 for 44 weeks.
