I have got 5 lovely large double bedrooms available in an extremely spacious 3 storey terrace house at the top end of Monks Road.
The house consists of 5 spacious double bedrooms (all double beds), - some rooms have a sink. There are two bathrooms (bath tub and toilets) shared between the 5 bedrooms. A seperate living room, a large kitchen/dining area with a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). There is an addtional outside cloakroom and a good sized, low maintenance rear garden with rear access for bikes etc. The carpet has now been replaced with brand new flooring for easier cleaning and a new combi boiler was installed in 2021. The house has safety fire alarm system.
The house is in an area popular with students, about 20 minutes' walk from the University of Exeter's main (Streatham) campus, 10 minutes from St. Luke's campus and 10 minutes from the city centre. It is also very close to a number of railway stations (including Polsloe Bridge, St. James Park and Exeter Central) and bus stops, so is well-connected to public transport. Very close to Henry’s bar, Bowling Green and a short walk to The Firehouse.
