Being just 20 minutes away from the University of Leicester and 15 minutes from De Montfort University, Liberty Park is ideally located for anyone studying in the city.

Liberty Park is home to 690 students and has a range of shared flats and studios. Pick an en-suite room for your own bathroom and a shared kitchen/living area, or opt for a studio if you want to live independently, with your own kitchen facilities in your room. There’s also an option to share one of our Premium Range 3 en-suite rooms with just one other student, while still having a bathroom to yourself.

Outside of your flat you’ll have access to a large common room, which has its very own foosball, air hockey and pool tables, plus plenty of comfortable seating. A fully-equipped gym and supermarket are also on-site, making life a whole lot easier.

Need to do a big food shop? A large Morrisons supermarket is 15 minutes away by foot. Next to it, you’ll also find an ODEON cinema and a Nando’s - ideal for unwinding after a hard day. Take the 20 minute walk into the city centre and you’ll find all your favourite high street shops and eateries spread through Haymarket Shopping Centre and the surrounding streets.

Social Scene
Liberty Park’s central location to the city centre and to the city’s higher educational establishments means you will never miss out on Leicester’s social or academic aspects during your time at University.

The Student Union of De Montfort University is a short 10 minute walk from the residence and hosts a range of events throughout the academic year. The Student Union features three bars, including; The Factory, The Lounge and Level 1. If you want to be seen, the busiest nights are Wednesdays and Saturdays.
