The room is a studio that is a little larger than 26 square meters. In the year that I have lived here, I have never had any issues with heating, water pressure, mold, or bugs. The kitchen is big enough to comfortably cook. The kitchen comes with a large fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher, and all of them have worked perfectly. There is very little sound that comes in from the neighbouring flats, and I have never had any problems with late night volume disturbances. There are two wardrobes, one next to the bed and one at the exit. Even after putting away all of my clothes, there is still a good amount of room left to put more. The staff is very friendly, even at the times when I went to them late at night. The internet is fast, and works surprisingly well even on my ps4. The building is very easy to navigate for disabled people (no slopes and easy reach to anywhere with the elevator.) The view from the room is amazing, to the left looking out to the nearby park, and to the right looking towards the main buildings of the Uni Of Glasgow. Especially at night the bell tower of the school is clearly visible. The room, being in the top floor, gets a great amount of sunlight in the morning, and is well lit in the evenings with the windows open. The building has a common living room that looks out to a river and a study room right next to it. It also has multiple washing and drying machines. The location is amazingly close to the Uni Of Glasgow, and five minutes away from a Tesco or a Co-op, latter of which is
