Due to our current 5th year housemate graduating we have 1 double bedroom available in our 4-bed on Beckingham Road. We are looking for someone to join us & the bunnies in our mellow household for the academic year 2023/24 (one 3nd year & two 4rd year - vet students).
Lovely area, quiet road which is hard to find so close to the university and town. We have 3 off road parking spaces, and there is always plenty of on road spaces for guests.
We are a fairly quiet household, who spend a lot of time out the house due to study commitments - but equally we love a movie night in and enjoy a fire pit in the garden together, we are excited to welcome you to our home and hope you can call it home too :)
Landlord is pro-active and happy to help with fixtures/fittings around the house as well as maintaining the garden in the summer – very relaxed in terms of making changes such as putting shelves up etc, as long as he is informed and asked permission.
We have made this our home not just a student house and we hope to find someone looking for a home away from home too.
