Hi everyone, I booked for this accommodation before finding out what finance I’d be given (my mistake) and now I’m looking for someone else to take over my tenancy.
It requires £200 of advance rent and the accommodation is discounted due to a mistake in pricing - it is a total of £10,149.
It is a Bronze Studio on the 6th floor. I have personally viewed one of the show flats and they are fully furnished. It has a private bathroom and private kitchen all in the same room. There’s also a video showing off what the inside looks like: https://vimeo.com/919168977
The building will be complete at the end of June though you are able to visit the show apartments by emailing Exchange Court at Host. All information about tenancies etc are also available on Host’s website. All bills are included alongside the WiFi and free contents insurance.
