• Standard, Enhanced Flat in Coppers building
• 2 shared bathrooms, currently split into a girls bathroom and boys bathroom
• Shared kitchen
• Communal spaces (bathroom and kitchen) cleaned once a week by cleaner
• Really friendly flat, only moving out as transferring to another course
• Washer/dryers on site
• 24/7 security and security
• Always loads of events on at the Courtyard.
• 44 week tenancy which ends at the end of July 2025

• 2 minute walk to Co-op & 15 minute walk to Tesco
• Tram stop barely 5 minute walk away and bus stop right outside Broadgate
